Dr. Amr Eldakak, a US-qualified patent agent with over 12 years of experience, specializes in IP strategy; patent drafting and prosecution; and IP commercialization. He has advised of all sizes,  inventors, startups, corporations, and academic institutions, to create IP rights that are aligned with client’s business and objectives with the goal of identifying opportunities and competitive advantages. 

In 2022, he founded Amr Eldakak Intellectual Property (AEIP) in Dubai, offering comprehensive, globally focused IP services. Prior to AEIP, Dr. Eldakak oversaw large patent portfolios for prominent international law firms across the US and MENA regions, providing specialized IP expertise.

Nathan is currently the Director, IP Services at Cardinal IP where he manages the IP search, docketing, annuities/renewals, monetization, and competitive monitoring services divisions
